If you are having trouble with Kick's questing profiles it's probably stuck at the flight mastser trying to find a quest giver. Click on the "info" button at the bottom of the HB screen and see if it tells you which quest it's searching for. Look up the quest giver on google and go find him in the game. Click on him and accept the quest. HB will usually take over from there.
If you are having difficulty with BGbuddy, it may be due to the long que times that most people are currently facing in WoW. Everyone is either questing or running dungeons with their new characters, so BG ques are long right now.
I am a long time gamer and have played WoW since release of Classic (back when 60 was max level). Nevertheless, I still have made the mistake of blaming Honorbuddy for issues that were actually Blizzard's issues. So, I've embarrassed myself enough times that I diligently search the net for an answer before I start posting my problems here on the HB forums. Usually, it's something I could have fixed myself if I had taken the time to think about it or to do a little research.
For example, I was stuck on lvl 5 with several of my characters until I realized that there was a quest giver right behind the flight master that the bot couldn't reach. Another time I had two characters stuck on lvl 78 and was blaming the bot for not working until I realized that there was a horn in my toons backpack that needed to be clicked in order to call up the next quest giver in the series.
Specialized quest behaviors are difficult to code, especially when the profile writer has no idea where you are going to put a quest item in your bags. The bot doesn't work perfectly, but I challenge anyone to show me another bot that runs quests at all! HB is the best WoW bot ever!
