Outlands questing not flying?

On my level 62 priest started outlands a couple of levels ago isn't flying (using the mount) to go to destinations. This is very odd because on my DK (lower level -- also started outlands), says it refused to continue questing until the training had been learned. (haven't tested it on him yet as he doesn't have sufficient funds).

Alliance doesn't fly in hellfire. I moved the usedialog by accident in the last few commits.

Update and it'll pop up a dialog that says this:

Text="This profile doesn't fly until Zangarmarsh. This is coded intentionally to not fly in Hellfire" />
