Out of AOE effects plugin? Also out of lava plugin?

Is there a plugin that moves a character out of damaging aoe effects? Sometimes my bots die during leveling because they don't move out of such areas.

Similarly I am also looking for a way to make my bots move out of lava and other damaging fluids. I guess both requests could be tackled by a single plugin.
