Is there anyway that I could set GB2 to deposit herbs in one tab and ores in another tab? I was wondering if prof buddy could help do this but im not sure how it would incorporate and if it would try taking over the gv run itself.

You can use macro's for that. Check out Kick's blogs and you should find the mass deposit macros there.
