Hello, i have recently farm like 6000 ores last 2 nights.. should i keep all and sell 'em next patch or should i sell all right now?? are the prices gonna be much higher next patch?

Yes prices will be higher.

Sell if you might lose the account before the patch hits.
Hang on to them if you want to make a higher profit.
