Ordered and still no key... 4 hrs later still waiting

Just wondering who if anyone here can help me with this?

Ive got the confirmation number and email used where the card was charged, but no key.

It said wait 15 mins then post to get online if not recived.

Ive posted a ticket on Bossland GmnH and its not even been looked at yet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
Just go to https://www.buddyauth.com/ register with the same email account you bought the keys with and you can access them directly off that website after logging in.

When I try to do what you stated, it says my account is not approved yet. ??

No idea why it has to be so difficult. Figured I pay, get an email with a key and roll on.

The support forum gets no love on the weekends it seems to.

Just annoyed I guess waiting for 4+ hours when my card was charged point blank.

Sounds like their payment API is still processing the charge. Nothing I can do about that. You can just keep checking maybe once a hour or something to see if it cleared.

Members of Moderators and Support most likely are not going to be happy you starting multiple threads of the same issue though.

I think the issue is that I cant get the verification email from Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal
Ill input the email addy and it never comes through...
Ive tried to whitelist and resend but still wont let me get the verification link... ughhh
 
well this isnt a support section, so if your expecting real help from staff. that wont happen in this section.
