Order Key, have not received

I ordered a new key yesterday and still have not received an email. i have emailed twice to the support email and still nothing....so now trying to contact though here.

Same problem here. Ordered on the 12th, put in a ticket on the 13th. Can't even use BuddyAuth website to get the key because it won't send me the account verification email.

Same, Ordered a 3 session key on the 13th and have put in a ticket, Not getting the email after requesting a new password, Guess they're having issues.
