Order 68770 where is my key how does this work?

Hi I ordered 3 months of PF this morning, about 8 hours ago, still all I have is confirmation email that my order 68770 was placed and "we're getting it ready". What does that mean? Were is my key that I can use to play? Why is it taking so long?
