Optimizing WoW

Is there anyway to get WoW to use a more reasonable amount of Ram...

Currently im running 3 WoW's in LOW Detail / 15FPS Max getting 5% Processor useage (i7 920) and 60% RAM useage (8g DDR3) this seems a little on the high side...
No big programs running the background or anything either. Just 3x WoW and 3x GB

Thoughts?

try defragmenting your WoW and also use gamebooster.

use the lowest resolution, gamebooster, make sure gamebooster defrags your wow folder(s). I can run 9 on 1 comp (4-5 of each) -- amd dual core 4gb ddr2 ... and I still had resources.

The best thing to do is if you have more than 5 accts... make a gaming rig just for your botting accts -- and install windows (i have windows 7) -- and nothing else on it. as long as you only play wow on it, you can't get bugs unless someone hacks through the windows firewall and knows your ip address, but then you would have a lot bigger problems if that is going on This gaming rig I got for $250 shipped on eBay about a year ago

I think you have problem with ram, i bot with 3 PCs (3 WoWs Per PC) and each one got 2GB DDR2 800Mhz Ram, and i'm using around 1.2GB Ram for 3 WoWs, but each wow got it's own hard drive (250Go Sata 2)

Are you using a lot of addons for each account? I generally keep them disabled on my bots to increase performance a bit.

Only running three on 4gb of ram, but I'm sure I have plenty of resources left. 1.55GB of ram here.

With all the information i was just given, i got my 3x WoW and 3x GB down to 3% CPU Usage and 44% Ram Usage Not bad and my CPU is now at 46C instead of 60C
