Optimal Ticks per second

Hello im experiences low dps on KingWoW Legion Priest , Insanity - An Advanced Shadow Priest Routine [PvE & PvP], Chaos - An Advanced Demon Hunter Routine ,Huntastic and Portal - An Advanced Mage Routine [PvE & PvP] and i Wonder if this have to do With ticks per second or something else, after i have runned dps test With online recording it shows me doing only 60% of possible dps on my score

Low FPS may cause low dps as latency too.
I dont know about other CRs but as KingWoW developer may be a logfile of my CR can help to find yr issue probably related to some bad config or latenzy...
