Opinions: Best places you have used for high IV pokemon

As the title states, just wondering what places people have seemed to have a good record from for high IV pokemon (90+ generally).

Personally I have been using tokyo disneyland and haven't had much luck (Either that or pokefarmer is still broken and getting rid of my high IV pokemon!)
