As the title says

feel free to vote and to post few words(positive or negative)
 
the chat has helped me answer quick questions, but i've never had a big enough problem to need to enter live chat. but the chat and knowledge on the boards is superior to a lot of other boards
 
I voted Negative.


My opinion about the Support is quite negative because there is no sign or something that says "Here is the Line Support" so no one will see it or use it. So, where is it? And the Line Support should not be required to search for in the forums.

propably you mean Live Support cause there isnt any Line Support
 
negative, i havnt been able to use my hb for over two days when i only purchased it a month ago, and i cant even pm them because their inboxes are full

i pm'd bossland and tony today, both went through, and i got a response back from tony... and have you posted in the newest HB download thread what your problem is (as these threads are usually the first checked by devs bc this is where bugs are supposed to be posted)?

ya you like to send 3 messages in a row, now imagine each single user does it this way

and you dont provide me with the needed information even while asked multiple times
 
I've never really came around major problems that couldnt have been fixed by browsing trough the forums so thats quite a big + for me
 
Negative... yet to find anyone online on msn.

Forum is pretty good tho. IRC is also average, mostly other users replying tho

for those few ppl that hit "no" ... was it live support, or chat? b/c chat is for chatting, not live support (or any support of any kind). live support is by following this thread:

I just want to clear that up :) also, live support is fro the above thread, not support on the forums... i hope that makes sense
Chat is for chatting, yes. But we kinda use it for support anyway, even though it's against the rules.
 
i liked the live support, i asked tony a couple of questions before on msn and he answered them all :)
im most of the time in the chat tough and we try to help people out there, day in day out.
