Operational Plugins, Profiles etc.

I am new to buddying and am looking to level a new account. Are there any profile 1-60 that are functioning? What plugins work/are useful?

Any advice here appreciated.

I recomend you lvl by hand these days, you'll get 12*XP for Class-missions, this goes very fast if you do it by hand, then you're bot is done for farming etc.
Other then that, Kicks profile is good enough if you're lazy.
