Opening honorbuddy NOT as an administrator

Here is my general question:

I recently reformatted my computer

Before it was reformatted whenever I would open up honorbuddy it would not open as an administrator, just regularly, and run fine

I reformatted my computer

Now it automatically opens as an administrator and still runs fine

I was just wondering how to make it possible so it doesn't automatically open as an admin
When I right click the application and go into properties Run as Administrator is UNCHECKED

Any help would be much appreciated

Is the account you are on an Admin account? Also have you adjusted any UAC settings?

Yes I am the admin, I have actually lowered the threshold in the UAC settings

but Hb should run as admin anyways
