Opening Honorbuddy .Net Framework: v4.0.30319 Error Please Help

Hey guys i keep trying to open honorbuddy and i keep doing this i have updated my computer reinstalled it and restarted my computer no luck if any one could help me address this issue it will be much appericated Thanks

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable

restart your pc,
download the installationwizard from here
run it as administrator.
after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

download a clean install of HB
