Opening Bot Issue

hey guys if anyone can help me i just bought the bot and i had tried to open it after extracting files togeather into new folder.

It says " the application failed to initialize correctly (0xc00000135) Click on OK to terminate the application."

Could anyone explain why it won't run.​

First, there is absolutely no need to double-post.


For problems like this, we ask that you attach a log so we can see what is going awry...

If I had to guess from your description, I'd say you have a .NET 3.5 SP1 issue. Either its not installed, been stepped on, or your not patched up to Service Pack 1. That last resource wil help with you getting that ironed out.

hey it worked but the only thing is when i try logging in to the bot it says invalid details. so i can not login.
 
invalid details=wrong username or pass

make sure that you are trying to log using the info from the email we have sent you

and keep in mind that your info its case sensitive
