Only some installed plugins are showing up

Hello all,

I'm trying to download MapBuddy to have more options than MapRunner. I've installed it into the 3rd party folder, ive also extracted the library into that same folder. Anyone have any insight into why the plugins are not showing up in Exilebuddy plugin page?
