Only pickup loot WITHOUT disturbing player gameplay in any way possible?

Hello,

Title mostly says it. Is it possible to have the Bot just collect loot that is within reach without screwing up my gameplay?

Most profiles seem to always have townruns/movement/whatsoever integrated.
