Only keep ancient legendaries

I have in trinity>items>item list> always keep ancient items and always sell/salvage non-ancients checked. Why am I still stashing non ancient legendaries?

Set it to "ItemList" rules then go into itemlist and tick "Always Keep Ancient Legendaries"
