I bought a key on 30th of July and got cut because of the update. I have been patiently waiting and watching for months now for you guys to fix it. For the first time yesterday I saw comments that the bot is working again and asked for my due extension and I got 2 days. You might as well have picked up a piece of dog shit and rubbed it in my face guys. 
Someone with DB needs to learn customer service here. I have been with you guys for so many years as a loyal customer (2012 !!!!) who has never complained about the issues you have had and often supported you and you do this shit.
Unbelievable.. its a no brainer.. make feel confident in you again and I start giving you money again.. also give me what I am due. Really pissed off.. This is the first thing to actually piss me off the whole time you guys have been changing your service in the last 6 years.
