One of my accounts widget bar not showing up

All other accounts widget bars are fine, but 1 account even after restart/relog hitting show widgets doesn't bring the widget out so I can start him?

You can try to go into the Configs folder and edit the xml file for the char on the account with issues.
Then change the widget position to something which should be visible:
<widgmainX>100</widgmainX>
<widgmainY>100</widgmainY>

Ah ya that probably would of been easier then what I ended up doing
It had the saved position set to a 2nd monitor that I was using then stopped using so I just plugged in 2 monitors and dragged it over.
