One of my accounts suspended? (refunded, payment cancelled by blizzard)

Today I opened a new account and I botted the all levelling profile a few hours, and then I got the message of suspended account. My other accounts are fine which are still active. Weird thing is that they refunded the funds back to my paypal for this new account. Is this because it was flagged for botting? Wouldn't they just ban me and take the money if it was for botting?

Should I abandon this account or should I try to revive it by paying it again? It's still says Suspended in the account status. I have nothing in that account, so it might be safer to just abandon it...

Anyone else had similar problem?
