who do we message to get our time reimbursed ?

I do not mean now when it sort of kind of works. But when someone spends time to make it work properly.

Edit: Also, I am not concerned about how hard it is to get it to work. If I pay for something, I want it to work. So saying it is hard to get it to work just means to me you need to work harder to make it work.

I am a customer, and I want a product I pay for to work. Viper and Hags have bots/hacks just as good or better than this one so get your act together and get it working and let me know when you get it working so I can claim my time wasted.

There are some very cool links on top of this page... anf if you read them, somewhere is info about this, about how you can contact the staff.
And bitching isnt helping...

Last time I wanted support I was told to come to the public forum. But as always Cryo you have provided the help I need and you do not even work here :)
 
as far as I know this is the only true BOT for swtor. viper is just a recorder (better off with macro express) and hags is dead with a little RIP next to it. in reality BW is the only dedicated bot for SWTOR. I just think its going down hill because the user base is small and there is not much in the way of tutorials for things like routine altering <just a simple list of all commands and what they do would be sweet>. maybe even a how to on making the ability only fire off if it has the buffs that make it instant or crit. im working on it now but I am learning as I go through trial and error so it might take me a while. the only thing worse than no data is false data.

I wish I could program I would help with the bot

Its going downhill because it doesn't work.

I bot every game possible. I bot WoW, I bot FFXIV, Runescape, etc. All the other bots work well and I am happy to pay for them.

I got my Buddywing refunded because it simply isn't worth the trouble, and an incredible amount of stuff doesn't work.

I don't think there is a huge lack of people who want to use it, just a lack of people who will pay for what it is now...

If it was in a stage where it could actually be used efficiently, I would be the first one to throw my money for it.

Sadly for that u need to blame Bioware cause they made such a messed up game hehe, I used BW for like 3 years now , it made me some nice money, I kinda like it, its not perfect but I managed, I had it working for 12-24h no problem before all this mess, it would be a bliss to have the stability back, nothing more
