On WoW crash, kill the error box

Not really a plugin, more of a standalone monitor.

Basically, arelog fucks up if WoW crashes. The process is still open so it just sits there for ever, can someone code something where it says:

If WoWCrashed && Report Dialog is open then kill WoW.exe

That's it, arelog will take it from there.
