i reinstall windows 10, i install the game and when finished update i saw in archeage documents 98 users. how the fck the trion knows that all those accounts are mine and make the folders again. i have new hwid with format and install of windows, i have new ip cause my ip is dynamic so a restart and new ip, i use new modem router(donation of a friend cause my old was ugly) and also i used for the install update new account. does anybody knows how this happened?

most cable and dsl providers will give you the same IP when you do a quick restart... unless someone else does a restart while yours is down its highly likely you get the same ip back. also mac address is device specific. your lan card. your wifi card. your router. they all have a unique mac address. having logged into the glyph or the game on any of those mac address in the past would have given them enough information to associate those accounts together.
