It will use all the items you get from them, which act as a Costume that Pepe wears whenever he appears!

Product Information:

The profile does not check for the Achievement itself due to Costumes being Character-Based and not Account-Wide.
It will directly visit and interact with all the Pepe's regardless of your character's Achievement standings!
