oldroutine need totem support

hi, i use scion tornado shot totem support and i have 3 totems also i seen another post about warchief using same kind of gameplay as me with 3totem aswell. it would be awesome if there would be a option where you could set sometime like:
totem amount = 3
totem delay= 10sec
and each time there is a monster it place 3 totems and stop for 10sec and redo.

totemizer works for double ancestral warchief totem build really well, should work for yours build too.
