Older botting accounts not banned

I have a few older botting accounts that are currently frozen (due to sub running out - all 24/7 suicide accounts that survived) and they are all fine. Last time I had one of these accounts activated was a few weeks ago. I think whatever blizzard has changed in their detection it is a very recent change (I would say up to 4 weeks ago).
They must've hot fixed it even a few days ago! who knows!

My brother who was botting last night did not get banned either. I called him up as soon as I saw my account banned and told him to lay low.
