Old user don't have key :(

Havnt been active long time, now I need to bot again but the username has merged into a key.
My old email was hacked, so I deleted it. My buddy was registred to that account.
What should I do now?

Questions like these pop up many times per day, and most of them ends up mailing.
edit: I think they mail, since they dont come back to thread.
