So im giving WoW botting a try and after leveling some of professions im wondering - isnt farming some of the old addons mats more profitable than farming MoP stuff? Seing most of the MoP ingredients for most of the professions being insanely cheap because everyone is farming those...What do you guys this about it? Maybe some of you are already doing this? Share your thoughts, profiles to do this effectively. (PMing also works if you dont want to share those on public) Also i saw the prices are good but maybe all those mats are too hard to sell and thus its not worth it to farm them?

Look at the kinds of things that are used in the WoW-Professions.com guides, and take a look at market prices for your own server on The Undermine Journal. I make gold on 3 servers, mostly through botting LK-and-earlier mats.

On all my servers, good sellers are Bronze bars, Mithril and Thorium ore, Fel Iron and Cobalt in all forms. Word to the wise, don't bot Fel Iron exclusively in Hellfire.

I recommend looking for profiles that cover multiple zones (like my own [H] Kalimdor Copper + Tin ^^) and staying diverse if you bot lowbie stuff, since mostly you'll be selling it in ore/bars/raw herbs form. It's easier to move a variety of stuff and less botty looking IMO.
