OK can we get some clarification from devs please

Do you guys intend to help fix the problems with BW? also do you intend to have faster turn arounds after patches then 3 days?

Seriously i am becoming really frustrated at the lack of dev input regarding this bot.

We payed for a product that does not work how you advertised, i dont want to sound like a bad record, but every post thats been made regarding bugs and problems with the bot, not any have received a response from devs.
 
its like selling a 4 wheel buggy, with 3 wheels.

its becoming tiring/frustrating/and i am personally starting to get angry about spending $30 on this product that was falsely advertised.

Now i dont want to start bickering or what ever, i just want to see some action, which is not happening.

Tell me as a customer, how would you feel if you received this kind of service and lies regarding a functional bot? answer yourself that
 
that's why it's mentioned on the sale page that it's on sale due to development...

even though I've spent hours working on the bot it's still saved me many hours of grinding on the game...
 
Buddy Wing is a farming tool for Star Wars: The Old Republic. Buddy Wing automates routine tasks, that otherwise have to be done by human players themselves. Buddy Wing allows you to do your daily quests, both for Jedi Republic or the Sith Empire. Buddy Wing covers the dailies on Ilum and Belsavis; it allows you to run profiles that grind mobs and it opens chests
 
ok let me make a few points, dailies on illum and belsavis, if you can get them to work, please show me lol. As for the grinding part, yes it does, for like 30 mins then stops.

all i am asking, is for some dev input into these forums, that atleast would ease the tension alot of people are feeling.

saying nothing really is not helping

We will close the BW shop in the new year. SWTOR has never recovered from its bad start and BWTOR has suffered with it. We simply don't have the revenue to improve the bot much.

I hope you keep it running for those of us who still make use of it. BW is certainly better than anything else out there, and I can usually keep it grinding well enough as long as it's updated for new versions.

I suspect the silent majority really appreciates what you've done given the state of the game's codebase - please don't let a frustrated few get you down.

Agreed. I hope that you keep it running so that it at least is usable after each patch (within reason). Especially with the work that Joe's put into his CC it has become VERY usable again.

Yup, I can confirm that this is true. I have a website related to swtor botting and the traffic (interest) has been nothing close to other games.
 
Yeah, would've been nice not to be 'strung along'. Wow - well at least I learned alot from this. Can we expect another update today, or even before 'The Close'?

We will honour any keys sold. Close the shop in January means that the bot should run for all of 2013. If not, we would refund you.
 
well crap, I wouldn't have bought the game if I thought the bot was being dropped T_T I was hoping the new f2p model would breath more life into swtor...
 
I just Paid for the Buddywing Bot, When will it be Fixed?.. so I can use it??.. Buddywing is NOT Working keeps shutting down!

As stated in the thread you started (please don't cross-post), regardless of anything else they just came out with a pretty sizable patch. Once that happens it usually takes a few days before we see an update.

If that is unacceptable to you, they will be happy to give you a refund.

If more the seven days from payment they will not refund. We all got screwed waiting for bot to be fixed. Unfortunately, now when bot run acceptable with Joe CC, they will shut it down. Maybe the bot dint sold enough keys, but they dint help it for sure, bad management for this bot.. only Tony repeat "post log" in every thread then quiet is not enough.
 
Any idea when the Bot will be fixed??.. some sort of ETA if any?.. or nothing is been done about it plz let Us know?.. thx :)

I certainly don't feel that I've been screwed. I was able to use the Bot for many months. I understood the limitations it had and worked around it. Add in Joe's CC and he's worked around pretty much any of the last little issues I had with it. I certainly got my money's worth out of it.
 
I'm just sad that I got addicted to this game and then i find out the bot will only be around for one more year T_T
