Hey guys, I'm trying to find a guy for one of my friends.. she met him the other night.. She really wants his facebook so she can talk with him again.. Here is what we know..

he was 21 and 3/4 of the way through studying civil engineering and a whole bunch of other stuff because we talked for four hours before the blackout! His name is Callum.

I know this.. really isn't the forum to put this on.. But.. I need tech experts help <3 and I love you guys! so.. Hopefully some people will be able to help me.. ^_^

You got yourself quite a pickle here.

Any idea where his from?
Or which country did you meet?
What color eyes he has?

and closest what I found was:
Look this picture

Can't say is it him. I feel that this guy isn't the guy you are looking for, but I keep looking for a while. :3
 
Is it possible that your friend could go to where she met him? Unless of course you're on about them meeting online through some sort of chat/social site :)

She met him on a Online chat room :( So I'm not even sure if the Photo is real! But yeah.. Tinyeye gave no results :( They were speaking for 6 hours then her net cut out.. and she can't find him again :(

Right well

If i were callum, id probably think that sucks when the conversation dropped.. however if your 'friend' does manage to track him down i think id be a little scared/worried that someone went on an internet hunt, kinda screams crazed stalker a little no?

If i were going to go all private detective on this, id use clues from the conversation, he said he was studying civil engineering.. i presume thats going to be at a university, did he say what city he was in? cant be that many universities per city so you could look them up and see which do civil engineering courses. Callum isnt that popular a name so you could plug the uni name into facebook and see if you can find a group for it and if he is associated with it, you could also check their websites and see if you could get the name of a tutor, mail them contact details and a short note saying you were trying to contact callum and see if they pass it on

Personally id suggest dropping it, if they stuck only to text chat then they probably didnt get THAT good an idea about each other, so much is lost in translation when your only using the written word instead of you know... talking to them. Alternately if your friend finds someone in a chat room that she really enjoys talking to then she should perhaps consider moving the conversation to msn/skype

I believe places like Imageshack append extra numbers and letters to the picture that's uploaded. If your friend uploaded that herself, then you need to get the original picture to do a proper reverse image search. If the guy gave her that link already uploaded, then I doubt you'll have much luck.
 
Tineye searches on the actual image and ones similar to it regardless of the filename or even if you resized it, im not sure how it works so therefore it must be witchcraft
 
Yes, I Presume it is Witchcraft :) haha yeah, I've given up looking.. Because I did feel like too much of a stalker >.> lol! There are plenty more men out there for her ^_^ and.. its not like she isn't extremely hot.... <3
