Offtopic: GFX card gives me 20 fps in D3

Just bought some cheap (40 EUR) GFX card Zotac GT 610 Zone Edition. I am getting only 20 fps with default settings and 1680x1050. I don't have any frame limiters set in D3.
Rest of the components are quad core 3.2ghz AMD 955, 12gb ram 1600mhz,... Tried Modern Warfare 2 and it was much better (60 fps), don't know whats wrong.

This is my old pc where i previously had 150 EUR worth HD Radeon 6850 card which had no problem running 6 bots. CPU was maxed.

are all of your ingame settings at the lowest
did you change your buddy fps limiters?
is your card up to date
d3prefs are original?

these will help greatly i think
 
rotlf who told u to buy it, its an ultra crap low desktop-pc budget card. For 40 euro u could buy used 9800GT which is like 5x better than this trash

i tried default settings with 1680x1050, i have most of gfx card settings to high performance or even off.
then i tried 800x600 and all low setting there i got 60 fps.

i only opened 3 buddys and noticed it was running bad, yeah i have all my buddys set up to 15 fps and d3prefs is modified for blury graphic, empty health & mana balls.
yes its up to date, i just installed the latest drivers, did it twice so i was sure.
i tried my modified d3prefs and the default ones.

i only need it on this pc for botting, it should run 5 bots with 15 fps and blury graphic, but so far as i tried it maxed out at 3 bots and even that was more laggy than 15 fps. i think it should handle this regarldess that is a cheap card. Diablo should be at least playable in 1 instance (60 fps) with dropping to 20

+ i don't buy used stuff, i don't even want fan on it. i put like 80+ EUR for silent CPU coller and silent PSU cooler and i don't wanna spend 100 EUR on a gfx card which i don't need cuz this is my botting only pc.

they are very low. thats not the issue.

here is what i did, this pc had radeon hd 6850 (this was running 5 bots) which i moved to another pc, and bough this zotac for this old pc. reinstalled win 7 ultimate. then i copied D3 from external hd. also copied ProgramData. then i run D3.

Hell, an 8800 GT is like 5 times better. Return it.
 
im going to have to agree with everyone else then, maybe the card just doesn't cut it
 
ok somehow managed to run 5 of them with 15 fps and 500 iph 600 gph score which they had before this cheap gfx card :) I am not planing on any more as CPU is maxed out :)
