Currently there are some nav server issues and we are working on a fix
as a hotfix you can follow this
Add two lines in your "hosts" file, you can find this file at this path : "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc"
192.99.20.72 auth.buddyauths.com
51.254.37.101 dbnav.buddyauths.com
restart DB.
