Ok. I know offgamers is the moste highly recommended site from what I have gathered by reading the forums. So I am hoping someone has had the same troubles as me and can help me somehow.

I need to pay with paypal. I however have tried multiple times to pay with it on offgamers and they say I failed the verification process and refund my order. I ask them for a reason or tell them they can call me and I can verify anything they wish. All they do in return is just say we don't know why. You will have a refund in 48 hours.

My email is the same on both my paypal and offgamers account. My name, address, phone number all match exactly as well. I am confused as to why I cannot get verified. I am wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem and if so any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

Only problem i had is that i couldnt verify because my phone batteries was dead, imo its a problem with you and paypal.
 
I pay with paypal on other sites like swagvault, randyrun, and gametimezone. I have never had any issues. Only with offgamers. I don't know how calling paypal would help especially when offgamers won't give me a reason as to why they can't verify me. My address email, phone number and bank acc are all verified on paypal.

I called paypal. I spoke to a rep after selecting the failed payment verification option. All he could say was that there is nothing wrong with my payment and that it went through. I told him that they site said they couldn't verify my identity. He said there is no reason on my account why they shouldn't be able to identify me or verify me. The payment was even sent with current paypal balance. So its not like I even used a credit card. He said I should contact offgamers. However they keep telling me the same thing use moneybookers we dont know why we cant verify you...
 
ask them to reverify the text message they sent you? maybe they can send you another

I had to verify over the phone, basically they phoned me up with a text number to enter, i entered number and that was that.This was offgamers .

I never received this phone call with the number. I asked them to call me and verify me and they didn't do that. So I guess they really don't want my business. The customer support was very unhelpful. I even tried calling them and couldn't understand the guy I spoke with hardly. All he said was to use moneybookers.

I did ask them. She said once the payment option is no longer on your list you cannot pay with it and must use a different method bc your account is flagged.

Hmm weird i used them for an order last week, i did not have to call them all i had to do was to verifiy my order after it had gone through,i did this by clicking on a button after log in and asked to be phoned up.

I did speak to them on live text chat - they couldnt help me they just said i had to verify by there phone system.

I never had that pop up after I logged in. I have checked everywhere. I never had a button to click for phone verification.
 
Once you create your Offgamers account you have to verify your Identity with Offgamers, not paypal. There is 2-3 Verification steps:

1). Email
2). Phone
3). Photo Identification (Rarely used)

you have to complete two of these in your account setup within offgamers before purchasing anything.
 
I just tried using them as a first-time customer. I used paypal and about 30 hours after it showed up as "being verified" it was completed. BUT, that was after I placed a call to them and questioned why it was taking so long. Right after mentioning that I should probably take my business elsewhere, I got access :p

I've made several deals with Offgamers.
Good all da time..juz need to verify n after that transaction run smoothly
n they always have nice promotion too..
