Paypal gets flagged all the time, and i dont use Paypal with Offgamers as they take a 3 day verification shit, its complete crap, i pay with Credit Card and get everything in 30 min tops.

I had the hardest time paying with paypal. Then an Offgamers rep joined the GB forums and he asked me for my past order numbers where they canceled my order's with paypal so he could review it. This was about 2 months ago and a few days later he unflagged my account and I've bought a few $100 dollars worth of codes since with paypal and delivery within 10min tops. If you have any future issues pm him. His forum name is offgamers.
