Offering Translation Help for Addons/Plugins/whatev - German/English

As I feel the need to contribute to what we/you have here, i'd like to offer my help for any kind of translation that goes from german to english or the other way (i.e. if you wanna have you plugin whatsoever translated into german). So thats basically it, we can talk about all the other stuff if you're interested

Any proper coded plugin should work with any language, so translating shouldn't be necessary.

I wasn't really referring to "work" with any language, i was just trying to make it more comfortable for german users or devs that may want to offer their plugin in another language .. yes, there are still people that do have trouble reading/understanding english.
