hi
i know this is very off topic and nothing to do with wow or hb but i was just wondering if anyone else played miniature wargames such as the ones sold by games workshop ?
i would class my self as a rather average painter able to paint most detail but i do strugle with small things like eyes and compensating for things such as fire or lanterns.

i would like a little help with this as i have a new miniature to paint that is holding a flameing sword to one side of it and i would like to take the time to paint it to a high standard rather than just average like most of my others ?

any help or any of your comments would be great

thanks

i have question.. where i can download professionbuddy? If i have hb lifetime i need to buy some new program or i have that for fre?

Najger, gtfo. Don't hijack someones thread.
On topic, I used to make Warhammer Soldiers, and painted them by hand aswell. I found the key to making things beautiful was having patience, and paintthiner, and keep going untill you are sure you are happy. Oh, and use the thinner with a swabstick(I guess? To clean out your ears) so you can precisly remove what you don't like.

Use clamps to hold the pieces still, magnifying glass to see in clear detail( well I have to on my car models as my eyes tend to lose focus), and for painting in ultra fine detail use toothpicks or a really fine airbrush tips.

Tldr: find what works for you what I posted works for me

Dubb,

Chill or maybe consider switching to decaf... Najger obviously is new here and probably clicked on the first thread he found. Not everyone grasps things immediately, ya know?

Naj, PB is included with the HB download... but if you're having problems with it or anything else than hand painted figurines, please open up a new thread in the appropriate forum section. ;)
