OK, so i've been banned on 2US accounts & 4EU accounts in the last week (at separate times).
EU accounts i got an email with a general sort of theme, no specific determining fact(s). Appealed all, all had a reply with 'we have looked at the evidence and have concluded that is it correct and your account will stay banned and blah blah blah'
US accounts (both of the) were both banned, specifically for 'botting or third party programs' - their words!! both appealed - both got overturned to 72 hours bans. Both appeals were exactly the same (copy & paste). both had a reply of 'taking your points into consideration, however, anymore blah blah blah could result in blah blah blah'.
All accouns were farming exactly the same amounts, exactly the same things, at random times. E.G - 1 would farm 1 zone using 1 profile, while another would use a different profile... no 2 toons would be in the same xrealm zone at the same time ovetrlapping eachother contesting the same nodes. I tended to make sure i only farmed a certain amount, put on AH, then darmed another zone using a different profile - was never in the same zone on same toon for too long.
I just find it very very odd that EU accunts were all banned for general, unspecific reasons and appeals were all denied, yet US accounts were banned specifically for botting & were all overturned to 72hour bans... odd!!
However, i genuinely do thing blizzard have massively upped their game & definately have improved detection/methods & i'd really appreciate some sort of better method(s) to not get detected from HB. Something certainly needs improvement in my opinion.
