Obliterate automation?

I am using easy obliterate addon and synapse macro but i cant do other thing on making obliterate.
I have to change almost 40k ancient health potion to obliterate and would be hrs for that.
So i am looking hb profile to make it. I searched forum but couldnt find. Would someone make it or have it?

just search the forums , there is a quest bot profile that someone mad which works really good
