"Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

Hey all,

It seems my HB is having trouble attaching itself to WoW. I have tried a number of techniques (with the help of Tony) to fix the problem including:
-WoW repair
-Re-downloading HB client /restarts etc
-New admin. account
-Disabling firewall/AVG/proxy

However, the problem still persists. The current log file is:

btw the problem was a bad installation,some components were missing
