NPCscan with Optimized Camel Figurine profile?

I'm using FrancoFun's camel figurine profile for the grey riding camel. Do I need to have NPCscan turned on for this profile to work? I've been running this profile with rarekiller2 for a few days now, and it's been flying around nonstop. All I've gotten are a few of the armadillo shields. If so, why wasn't it mentioned on the Original Post? Is this profile still functioning in MOP? Is anything else about my setup wrong? Are there any other things that the Original Post doesn't say that you need to set up? I did everything that his post said to, and turned off mining/herbalism in the gb2 and hb settings. Thanks. I'm not 100% sure but I think it only flies and you have to be there for the npcscan sound

Ahhh.... I've been running it for days and it hasn't gotten shit except Armagedillo shield's and other useless rare mob shit haha. How come it gets those but it can't get the mysterious camel figurines? Aren't they the same principle? When reading the forum posts on the profile's page, people were saying they left it running AFK and got the camel mount after a while. I'm all sorts of confused about this lol.

Is this profile still working as of the Landfall Patch 5.01 in MOP? It doesn't seem to be finding anything related to the grey riding camel...

What I mean is, does it still find and use (click on) mysterious camel figurines? Good and bad?
