Here's how I look at it. Two of my accounts were running when the tripwire went off. Based on the info we have, there is an increased risk the accounts were flagged. We also know Blizz is doing more regular "suspension waves", where they collect some data & flag a group of accounts for future suspension in mass. This seems to be about every 3 to 6 months. What this means for me is I should bot the hell out of those two accounts now, BEFORE the suspension wave hits. Waiting a week "to see what happens" is a waste of game time and $$$.

In addition, I'm also thinking this is probably a relatively "safe" time to bot, since Blizz just put out the new detection, and Bossland updated HB. It's highly probable that the HB devs are a step ahead for now with the updates, but that won't last long. Days? Weeks? who knows. I'm using this window to level a bunch of new accounts & toons, "park" them until after the next tripwire, then deploy them for gold farming to replace the ones that got caught in the last wave. Once the cycle get's going, the old suspended accounts might be back available. Rinse and repeat to get the most value possible out of the investment.

And for those running HB on a main account. All I can say is STOP. I know first hand it's really hard to do, but I guarantee you will get suspended or worse. There are only two kinds of botters. Those that have been caught, and those that will be soon.

For now, it's "bot like hell, while the sun shines" Have fun, and enjoy the ride while it lasts!

Cheers!

To be honest, yeah.

If you're in it for the business of botting (for profit or personal gain) then as always, go for it full throttle. The suspension waves are definitely a fact of life.

The trick is in regularly moving your gold/profits/mats away from your gathering accounts/licenses (via guild banks, preferably). Maintain a supply chain from your feeder bots, and don't sweat it when your feeder accounts get suspended -just make new ones.

Best of luck
