Notify system enabled

Hi I just got the message "notify system enabled" whilst in a battleground, I've searched but can't find a clear answer. I was using BG buddy at the time whilst watching a movie on my iPad. Does this mean blizzard are watching and or tracking your account movements?

Its the afk system in WOW. Nothing to worry about.

REPORT_AFK_SYSTEM_DISABLED "Notify system has been disabled." PVP_REPORT_AFK_SYSTEM_ENABLED "Notify system has been enabled."
