Seems like it is straight up an perma-ban. On BNet it says that this account is permanently closed even. I did put in appeal, just to see what they would say.
I attached the last log I have for the account before it DCed.

UPDATE: Well I the appeal didn't go well, they said after looking over evidence they had, the conclusion will still be the same an that the ban an account closure will stay.
