I've actually used this for a while now... *REALLY* helps if you're doing things by hand (basically if you're doing all the moving and letting HB handle the repetitive combat stuff).

Plus, if you want to go back and catch up on any quests that you may have missed, etc.

It's what I used to blow through Cataclysm quest content, etc. Really helps with dailies and the seasonal events.
