They didn't though, they detail the difference between a hack, cheat and bot in the document filed.
They do however lay it on thick, as mentioned calling it "breaking the law" to break the EULA. Also saying that Bossland GmbH is deliberately trying to cause harm to Blizzards game sales etc No games = no bots, where's the logic
