Nothing is working for me! lol :(

Hey so nothing is working for me.. Trying to quest in high mountain it goes to pickup a quest that isn't even there.. i have tried to do a different zone and it goes back to my class hall. Not sure what to do here. I've even tried to edit the script so it doesn't go and pick up this ONE quest in stoneheim.. There is no quest marker for me for "an offering of ammo" BGbuddy isn't working for me as well it just sits there. anybody have a solution for this quest? Can i skip it? thanks

Is where it trys to find the quest but goes full crazy mode everytime, Is there a way to just skip the quest? it goes to where the quest is given but there is no quest there lol. Maybe its a chain quest? not sure
