Nothing happens when pressing start, solution inside?

My fresh bought pokefarmer key from yesterday is associated with "honorbuddy" under the key section at buddyauth

maybe thats the problem why nothing happens when i hit start.
Can an admin change that to pokefarmer so i can try again?
