Nothing happens after logging in

Nothing happens after i log in - here is log.

Everything should be in log. Please help.

Btw tony - if would like you specific to help me out with a problem, because i've been dealing with you alot of times before whenever i needed support ( A couple of years back ).
I've lost my login, due to not using honorbuddy for a while ( long while ).
I can't even remember login name or the password.

I know the email that either is connected to the account or associated with it.
I got the Honorbuddy key.

I can send you id and whatever you would like. Passport, Drivers license etc etc.

Now - i've tried contacting support, but they wanted the last digits of the credit card used to purchase the key ( 3x session lifetime honorbuddy - i think there is some Gatherbuddy in there aswell )
But as it is ALOT of years ago, since i bought it, ofcourse i don't have the same credit card anymore, so that is kinda hard to provide.
But i can provide everything else that could ever be needed.
I remember back in the days, i've been with you guys since glider.
I remember you helping me out - by teamviewer, to fix my issues, i remember me talking with you through both MSN & Skype.
- Just to clarify how long time since it is.

I've since then also bought demonbuddy and alot of other stuff, so i think i am a loyal costumer, that you should be willing to help, more than what the support is offering at the moment, i kinda think, that asking for credit card as the only option to retrieve account, on something that is bought like 10 years ago, is kinda... Not okay.

Hope you got some good news for me.

The login and password i've lost / can't remember is for buddyauth ofc.

Well , please read it and add this:

Email is closed, because of virus, that spammed from my email.

But i can list the email that was used, and you will see that my name, matches, and the new email adress i'm using is named almost the same, plus all the informations is the same.
You can also match it up with my passport and drivers license to see everything is true.
I will ofcourse also add the key, and whatever other information needed, if you think it's something we can do anything about.


But as i offered everything possible to the support @ email - they wouldn't help me, not even try - all i got was a "We need credit card information, or nothing" - Which is lame, as it was bought like 10 years ago, i actually think i had a visa debit back then, and i got a mastercard now.

Last email from support:

"
We never asked for such thing, sorry.We need the payment information in order to track the payment, or access to the email address, associated with the key."

forums cant help you on this,if payment support asks for your payment info its nothing i can do about it :(
 
Alright, sad tho :(

Perhabs you should have a talk with them about this at some time then tho.
Asking for payment info on something bought 5+ years ago, is kinda impossible.

I would mean passport and drivers license, and whatever else, should be way enough.
Thoose informations could also be matched with the payment informations you got on it.

Thanks for the answers tho, and thanks for the help, i will try contacting support again in a few months i guess, and hope things has changed :)
